Privacy notice
Founding-pilot notice. This operational privacy statement should be reviewed before a scaled commercial launch or before adding new data providers/integrations.
What we collect
We collect the information you submit about yourself, the person you are trying to reconnect with, your relationship/context, optional clues, clarification responses, payment status and whether the result worked.
Why we use it
We use the information to assess whether a request is legitimate and searchable, research possible identity matches, ask clarification questions, verify a reconnect route, deliver the result, prevent abuse and measure pilot quality.
What not to submit
Please do not submit passwords, government ID numbers, banking information, private medical information, or other sensitive data that is unnecessary for a reconnection search.
Research sources
The pilot is designed around legitimate public and professional sources and permitted research tools. Leaked, breached, hacked or credentialed private sources are prohibited.
Data minimisation
We aim to retain only the case information needed for delivery, audit, safety and pilot measurement. Direct contact data encountered during research should not be warehoused by default.
